To log in to the Valpas mobile app, please follow these steps:
Ensure that you are using the same email address that you have registered with on the Valpas web dashboard.
Open your email client and locate the email from Valpas. Look for the subject line "Valpas Member app."
Inside the email, click on the "Sign in to Valpas member app" button.
The app will then proceed to log you in automatically and will be ready for you to use.
Please make sure to double-check the spelling and accuracy of your email address before proceeding with the login process.
When you open the Valpas mobile app, you will be greeted with the Tasks View. This view displays all the tasks that need to be completed. Each task can be resolved using the mobile app.
Red Task: A red task represents a detection that needs attention. On the right side of the task, you will find a timer showing the time that has passed since the detection occurred.
Yellow Task: A yellow task indicates that a maintenance action is required for the room's leg. This may involve tasks such as changing batteries, ensuring proper installation of modules, or resolving issues with an offline module.
In the Rooms View, you can see a comprehensive display of all the rooms. You have the option to search for a specific room by its number. Each room is represented by a dot on the right side, indicating its status.
To access more detailed information about a specific room, you can click on the room either in the Rooms View or the Tasks View. This action will open the Room View, providing you with a closer look at the room's current state and tasks. In the Room View, you can view all the tasks associated with the selected room.
When you are in the Room View and ready to resolve tasks, locate the "Scan QR code" button at the bottom of the screen. By tapping this button, you can initiate the process of resolving tasks by scanning a QR code specific to the task.
If you require assistance on how to complete your tasks, the app offers a Help Section. Simply click on the "Help" button, which is located in the top right corner of the Scan QR code screen. The Help Section provides video instructions for various types of tasks. You can watch these videos and follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
When performing detection tasks using the Valpas mobile app, one important step involves capturing a picture.
To capture a picture, follow these steps:
Aim the camera towards the area or object that needs to be documented for the detection.
Once the subject is properly framed, tap the camera shutter button to capture the image.
The captured image will be sent to the specialists for further evaluation.
The Valpas specialists will review the image and determine if any additional actions are required.
If further actions are needed, the Valpas specialists will send you additional instructions or notifications through the app.
It's important to ensure that the captured image is clear and includes all relevant details necessary for the detection task. Make sure there is sufficient lighting and that the subject of the detection is in focus within the picture frame.
The actual app interface may have additional features or variations.
