Step 1: Install the Valpas mobile app

Manage your hotel with the Valpas mobile app

The Valpas mobile app connects you to the Valpas platform, giving you a clear overview of room protection, guest room technology, and certification status, all in one place. You’ll receive notifications on your mobile phone when attention is needed, along with step-by-step guidance to carry out tasks safely and efficiently. To get started, download it and log in to your account.

Protect your hotel and guests with the Valpas technology

It is now time to install the router and smart legs in each guest room, following the setup instructions provided. Together, they form the foundation of your Valpas certification, working quietly behind the scenes to keep every room permanently bed bug safe, without disrupting the guest experience.

Using Valpas: The desktop dashboard

Live status of the Valpas protection in your hotel and insights

The desktop dashboard is different from the mobile app. The Valpas mobile app is designed for frontline teams to resolve preventions in real time. In contrast, the desktop dashboard is primarily used by management staff to monitor live room status, track preventions, and review historical data and insights from the Valpas platform.
