Your admin username and password are created by the Valpas team.

Start by logging into your account at https://app.valpashotels.com/ and follow the 6 steps listed below the picture.

Enter your email address

Make sure you have access to the email address you use for Valpas.

Click on "Continue"

A few options will be offered to you.

You can login with your password or request a one time code (numbers) that will be sent to your email address right away. To receive the code, click on "Use another method".

If you are login in with your password, you don't need to follow the next steps below.

Receive the login code by email

Valpas will send a single login code to the email address you provided.

Open your emails

Check your inbox for an email from Valpas with the subject line “Valpas Member App”. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Copy the login code

Open the email and copy the login code.

Type in the code in your login screen

Type in the login code in your login screen where it is requested and you will be in.
