How to use Valpas desktop app

If you're using the old version of Valpas - login at app.valpas.io.

Start by logging into your account at https://dashboard.valpashotels.com/

Admin username and password are created by Valpas team. If you don't have access to them contact support.

1. Type Your Email:

   • Ensure you have access to the email address you use for Valpas.

2. Receive Magic Link:

   • Valpas will send a single sign-on magic link to the email address you provided.

3. Open Your Email Client:

   • Go to your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).

   • Check your inbox for an email from Valpas. The email subject line should be "Valpas Member app."

4. Locate the Email from Valpas:

   • Find the email with the subject line "Valpas Member app."

   • If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Click on the Magic Link:

   • Open the email and look for the "Sign in to Valpas member app" button.

6. Automatic Login:

   • After clicking the button, the app will open and log you in automatically.

   • You should now be ready to use the Valpas member app.
