Currently all users accounts needs to be created by Valpas team. If you need to create account contact Valpas support.

To log in to the Valpas mobile app, please follow these steps:

Login Instructions:

  1. Enter Your Email Address:

    • Open the Valpas mobile app on your device.

    • Type in your email address in the designated field.

    • Double-check the spelling and accuracy of your email address before proceeding.

  2. Check Your Email for the Magic Link:

    • Open your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).

    • Locate the email from Valpas with the subject line "Valpas Member app."

    • If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

  3. Click on the Magic Link:

    • Open the email from Valpas.

    • Click on the "Sign in to Valpas member app" button inside the email.

  4. Automatic Login:

    • The app will open and log you in automatically.

    • Once logged in, the app will be ready for you to use.

If the Magic Link Does Not Work:

  1. Enter Your Email Address:

    • Open the Valpas mobile app on your device.

    • Type in your email address in the designated field.

    • Double-check the spelling and accuracy of your email address before proceeding.

  2. Use the Password Login Option:

    • If you encounter problems with the magic link, click on "Login with password" located under "Problems getting the email."

  3. Enter Your Password:

    • Type in the password provided by the Valpas support team.

    • Ensure the password is entered correctly, respecting any uppercase and lowercase characters.

  4. Login:

    • Click on the login button to access the app.
