Updating the Valpas desktop app with any detection information

To update the desktop app with correct information about a any detection, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the desktop app at .

  2. In the or view, locate the room where the detection occurred.

  3. Click the "Resolve" button on the corresponding feed card for the detection you want to update.

  4. In the popup form that appears, report your findings and provide any relevant details. Make sure to state your exact findings in the "Additional information" field, as this information will be used in the monthly reports to provide an overview of the activity of your smart legs.

  5. Click "Resolve" on the popup form to confirm.

By completing these steps, you can ensure that the Valpas system has up-to-date information about any bed bug detections.

The detection will stay in the feed list until you confirm its resolution using the popup form.
