Overcoming Firewall Challenges:

In some hotels, firewalls may block our devices from connecting to the internet.

To ensure continuous internet connectivity, add our gateways to your list of trusted devices. This process is commonly known as Whitelisting.

Whitelisting Process (For IT Administrators):

Give these details to your IT administrators.

• Gateway's eth0 MAC address: Provided by Valpas

• Port Forwarding: In case port forwarding is necessary, open the following ports: 22 / 80 / 443 / 1883 / 8883.

• Protocol used: TCP
