How to request adding Valpas bed bug-safe information to Booking.com

Login to Booking.com

Visit and log in to your property's account.

Access Property Management

Click on the "Property" tab in the main menu.

View descriptions

Navigate to "View your descriptions" under the "Property" section.

Request a change

Look for the "Request a change" option and click on it.

Fill out the form

Complete the form with the specific details you want to add about Valpas bedbug-safe features.

Adding Valpas to Email/Messaging:

Login to Booking.com

Go to and log in to your property's account.

Access property management

Click on the "Property" tab in the main menu.

Messaging preferences

Under the "Property" section, find and select "Messaging Preferences."

Add the information

In the "Messaging Preferences" section, add the Valpas information you want to communicate to guests via chat or email.

Save changes

After adding the information, be sure to save your changes to ensure that the details will be included in messages to guests.

The Valpas information added to messaging preferences will only be visible in communications with guests after they have made a booking.
