The Valpas mobile app connects you to the Valpas platform, giving you a clear overview of room protection, guest room technology, and certification status, all in one place. You’ll receive notifications on your mobile phone when attention is needed, along with step-by-step guidance to carry out tasks safely and efficiently.

User accounts are created by the Valpas team. If you need to set up an account for yourself or someone in your team, please contact Valpas Support at . We’ll be happy to assist you.

To log in to the Valpas mobile app, please follow these steps:

Open the Valpas mobile app

Launch the app on your device.

Enter your email address

Type your email address in the field provided.

Make sure it’s spelled correctly before continuing.

Check your email for a login code

Open your email inbox and look for a message from Valpas containing a login code.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Enter the code in the app

Go back to the Valpas app and type the code in the “Enter code” field.

Tap “Submit code” to proceed.

The app will automatically verify the code and log you in

If the login doesn't work:

Enter your email address

Open the Valpas mobile app on your device.

Type your email address in the designated field.

Double-check for accuracy before continuing.

Use the password login option (if needed)

If you experience issues with the code email, tap “Login with password” under “Resend code.”

Enter your password

Type the password provided by the Valpas Support team.

Make sure to enter the password exactly as given, respecting uppercase and lowercase characters.

Log in

Click the login button to access the app.
