The historical data view in the Valpas web dashboard allows you to review and analyze the performance and impact of the Valpas guest room protection over time. It provides detailed insights into guest room protection events and actions taken to maintain the Valpas certification.

How to Use This Data:

  • Monitor trends: Use the 12-month graph to identify patterns or seasonal trends in guest room protection events.

  • Evaluate response time: Review the Time to Resolve data to assess how quickly your team completes tasks and maintains the Valpas certification.

  • Room-specific analysis: Identify which rooms have had issues and determine if additional preventive measures may be needed.

  • Documentation: Keep a record of all guest room protection events and actions taken. This helps demonstrate your commitment to safe, sustainable stays.
