Step 1: Install the Valpas mobile app

The Valpas mobile app connects you to the Valpas platform, giving you a clear overview of room protection, guest room technology, and certification status, all in one place. You’ll receive notifications on your mobile phone when attention is needed, along with step-by-step guidance to carry out tasks safely and efficiently. To get started, download it and log in to your account.

Step 2: Install the router and smart legs

Using Valpas: The desktop dashboard

The desktop dashboard is different from the mobile app. The Valpas mobile app is designed for frontline teams to resolve preventions in real time. In contrast, the desktop dashboard is primarily used by management staff to monitor live room status, track preventions, and review historical data and insights from the Valpas platform.

Using Valpas: The mobile app

The Valpas mobile app is your on-the-go tool for managing guest room safety. It gives hotel staff real-time access to room status, notifies you when action is needed, and provides step-by-step guidance to keep your Valpas certification active—ensuring a safe, seamless stay for every guest.
