# Onboarding your staff

The onboarding session is designed to be clear and practical, helping you and any members of your staff  understand how to work with the Valpas platform everyday and keep your hotel and guests bed bug-safe.

## The onboarding session is conducted by one of our platform expert and covers the following:

* How to use the Valpas mobile app and desktop dashboard
* How to manage the room protection (the smart bed legs or smart legs)
* How to handle prevention tasks
* How to make the best of your certification for commercial purposes
