# Login

Start by logging into your account at [https://app.valpashotels.com/](https://app.valpashotels.com) and follow the 6 steps listed below the picture.

### Enter your email address

Make sure you have access to the email address you use for Valpas.

### Click on "Continue"

A few options will be offered to you.&#x20;

You can login with your password or request a one time code (numbers) that will be sent to your email address right away. To receive the code, click on "Use another method".

### Receive the login code by email

Valpas will send a single login code to the email address you provided.

### Open your emails

Check your inbox for an email from **Valpas** with the subject line **“Valpas Member App”**. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

### Copy the login code

Open the email and copy the login code.

### Type in the code in your login screen

Type in the login code in your login screen where it is requested and you will be in.
