How to fix out of battery in the Valpas system

Last updated 1 year ago

In the new mobile application, you can find instructions by clicking on the task.

Take 2xAAA-batteries per cassette

Each sensor requires 2x AAA batteries.

Find the leg with correct serial number

When performing battery tasks, the legs do not blink or provide any indication of which leg is currently experiencing an issue. Therefore, you will need to manually check each leg to determine which one has the issue.

Change the batteries

Clean the module and then re-insert it into the leg

Use a cotton swab to clean the inside of the module.

Re-attach the module to the leg

Ensure that the module is firmly attached to its place when connecting it to the leg, and watch for three blinks of the red light as confirmation of successful attachment.

Check that the issue is not presented in the dashboard app

Due to the nature of the system, it may take between 1 to 60 minutes for the issue to be resolved and reflected in the dashboard app.

If the issue still persists and is shown in the app even after 4 hours, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Always remember to when removing the module.

The leg number displayed in the dashboard app should match the Serial Number (Sn) indicated in the module.

After completing the tasks mentioned above, the issue should be resolved, and the legs should be displayed in green color on the dashboard app. ()

transfer the contents of the module to the inspection jar
