Room Offline

If a room or multiple rooms are offline in the Valpas network, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1

Check for conflicting tasks

Check the task view in mobile app for any conflicting tasks and complete them. Rooms often lose connection when some legs run out of battery, disrupting the network.

2

If no conflicting tasks

If there are no conflicting tasks and the room remains offline, it may be too far from other rooms to connect to the Valpas network. In this case, add routing devices to extend the network's range and ensure proper connectivity.

By completing conflicting tasks and adding routing devices when necessary, you should be able to bring offline rooms back online and maintain a stable Valpas network connection.
