{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Find the router

The router is usually located in a tech closet or somewhere near reception

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Disconnect, then reconnect the power cable

Wait for about 10 seconds before reconnecting the power cable.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Look for lights on the router

At first, you'll see a blue light while it restarts. After about a minute, it'll either turn red or green.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### If the router light is green **🟢**

That means everything's working fine, and it's connected to the internet. It should be fully fixed in about 8 hours. If the issue persists, [contact Valpas support](mailto:team@valpas.io) for assistance.

### If the router light is red **🔴**

* There might be a problem with the internet connection.
* Confirm that the router is connected to the internet. Check the router and ensure it's online.
