Open the Valpas app on your mobile device.

### Find the cassette to change

* In the app, find the room and tap to open it.
* Look for the cassette that says “offline.” This is the one you need to change.

### Find the cassette with matching ID number

* Find the correct cassette in the room. By checking legs one by one.
* Make sure the ID on the cassette matches the one in the app.
* Put the old cassette aside.

### Remove the old cassette from the app

In the app, delete the “offline” sensor from the room.

### Prepare the new cassette

Take your new cassette and remove the battery slip.

### Pair the new cassette

* In the app, tap “Connect Smart Leg.”
* Scan the QR code on the side of the NEW cassette.

### Finish up

* Press “Confirm” to complete pairing.
* You should see the new cassette in the list.

* Put the new cassette into the smart leg on the bed.
* Make sure the cassette blinks three times when you insert it.
