To resolve preventions, please follow the instructions provided in the Valpas mobile app.

Follow the steps below

All the steps are explained one by one under the screenshot below.

1. Find the smart leg with the blinking red light
2. Empty the cassette
3. Check the inspection jar for any bugs
5. Clean the cassette and re-insert it into the smart leg
7. Dispose of any bugs by flushing them down the toilet
