# Distribution

See where travellers and buyers find your certification, and add new channels

The **Distribution** page shows where your certification already reaches travellers and buyers, and lets you add new channels in a few clicks.

Open it from **Distribution** in the left-hand menu of the [desktop dashboard](https://app.valpashotels.com/distribution).

Every channel shows one of four states:

| State             | What it means                                                     |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Live**          | Your certification is shown on this channel.                      |
| **Not live**      | Not connected yet. Use the button on the channel to switch it on. |
| **Needs website** | Add your website address first under **Hotel details**.           |
| **In progress**   | Available as soon as your certification is active.                |

## Direct bookings

Show the Valpas label inside your own booking engine, at the moment guests choose a room. The page shows a preview of how it looks on your booking page.

This is in beta. Click **Request beta access** to ask the Valpas team to set it up for you.

## AI search

Travellers increasingly ask ChatGPT and Google for bed bug-safe hotels. Your hotel can be part of the answer:

* **ChatGPT** reads the Valpas label on your website.
* **Google AI search** reads the certification schema on your homepage.

If a channel is not live, its button takes you to the missing step: **Add website**, **Add label** or **Add schema**.

## Booking platforms

Valpas partners with booking platforms for sustainable stays, corporate travel, group bookings and events. Some of them show your certification automatically. For the others, click **Activate** and the Valpas team will get you listed.

## RFPs

Corporate and event buyers filter hotels on Cvent by certification. Cvent asks every property two certification questions in its supplier profile. Answer both with **Yes** and enter the certification name shown on the page. **Copy certification name** puts it on your clipboard.

The page also gives you a ready-made paragraph for your Cvent profile description.

## How requests are sent

**Request beta access** and **Activate** open a pre-written email to the Valpas team in your email app. If nothing opens, the dialog lets you open the message in Gmail or Outlook, or copy it and send it from any email account.

Every channel uses your **Hotel details**: website address, city and country. Keep them up to date with the **Hotel details** button at the top of the page.
