# 1. Find the smart leg with the prevention task from the mobile app
When a bed bug prevention event occurs in a room, the Valpas mobile app notifies you and guides you step by step to resolve the situation.
**To find and resolve prevention tasks:**
1. Open the Valpas mobile app.
2. Tap **Tasks** in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap **Prevention** in the top navigation.
4. You’ll see a list of all open prevention tasks, clearly associated with the relevant room numbers.
