一部のホテルでは、ファイアウォールがValpasの客室テクノロジーのインターネット接続を遮断することがあります。\
安定した接続を確保してValpas認証を維持するために、Valpasルーターを信頼できるデバイスの一覧に追加してください。この手順は **ホワイトリスト登録**と呼ばれるものです。

## ホワイトリスト登録手順（IT管理者向け）

IT管理チームに以下の情報を提供してください：

* **ゲートウェイ eth0 の MAC アドレス（**Valpasより個別に提供）
* **ポートフォワーディング（必要な場合）**：以下のポートを開放してください

  * 80
  * 443
  * 1883
  * 8883
* **プロトコル**：TCP
