# 部屋がオフラインです

Valpasネットワークで1つまたは複数の客室がオフラインになっている場合、問題を解決するために次の手順に従ってください：

### 競合するタスクを確認する

モバイルアプリのタスク表示で残っているタスクがないか確認し、まずそれらを完了させてください。スマートデバイスの一部が**電池切れ**になるとネットワークが乱れ、客室が接続を失う場合があります。

### 競合するタスクがない場合

タスクの表示がなくても客室がオフラインのままの場合、他の客室から離れすぎていてValpasネットワークに接続できていない可能性があります。この場合、ネットワークの範囲を広げ接続を確保するためにルーティング機器を追加してください。

タスクを完了し、必要に応じてルーティング機器を追加することで、オフラインの部屋を復帰させ、安定したValpasネットワーク接続を維持できます。
